Essentially all Gallente weapons are Blasters while all Caldari are Rail....but that doesnt really help you.
Blaster-
Assault Rifle and Variants (breach, burst, tactical)
Plasma Cannon
Shotgun
Ion Pistol
Rail-
Rail Rifle
Magsec SMG
Rail Pistol
Sniper Rifle
rough very rough and I think I forgot some weapons......

rough very rough and I think I forgot some weapons...... Forge Gun is also a Rail.. But not that it matters if you are running commando.

True enough but I believe the Caldari still make the most advanced iterations of the Rail Gun system in New Eden.
